Jeffrey R. Gentner, EA

For over 40 years, my associates and I have been consulting and advising taxpayers on Personal Income Tax issues, preparing simple to complex tax returns for many each tax season. To keep the amount of tax paid to a minimum, I use all available adjustments, deductions and credits. In late 2021, we moved to one central office location – 1961 Wehrle Drive, Suite 1, Williamsville, NY 14221 – to best serve all of our clients.

As an Enrolled Agent (EA), I am authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Each year, to keep pace with the ever-changing tax laws and policies, I complete over 40 hours of Continuing Education, attending seminars and conferences both locally and nationally. I am graduate Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, as well as my local Chapter, the New York State Society of Enrolled Agents, serving currently as the society’s Association Administrator.

Lauren K. Massé

Lauren has been preparing taxes and providing consultation for over 10 years. After receiving tax preparation training and experience with H&R Block for 2 years, she became part of Gentner Tax Associates. She is working towards her Enrolled Agent designation. Lauren has received the Annual Filing Season Program Record of Completion for 2022 tax return preparation. Lauren is actively involved with her family, together with her husband David and their 6 children – Anna, Jon, Lily, Sarah, Julia, and Jacob.

Timothy J. Gentner, EA

Tim has been involved in the tax profession since 2007 and was admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent in May 2018. He finds it rewarding to work with his clients, to provide a dedicated and personal approach to resolving all tax matters. Tim specializes in personal income taxes, small businesses, trusts, and residential rental properties. He is committed to maintaining and expanding his knowledge of the tax law and is an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

A native of Williamsville, NY, Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Niagara University in Lewiston, NY. He is also a Certified Healthcare Consultant (CHC). Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Shawna and their three daughters and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
